Using the Site, submitting a form, or reading its content does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and DFS or any of its providers. Appointment Requests
Submitting an appointment request through the Site does not guarantee an appointment. Our staff will contact you to confirm availability. If you have an urgent medical concern, call our office directly or, in an emergency, call 911.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and page design, is owned by or licensed to DFS Medical and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
